WITH the COVID-19 pan­demic cri­sis and businesses im­ple­ment­ing worker safety mea­sures such as work­ing from home, most com­pa­nies are now turn­ing to the dig­i­tal plat­forms for busi­ness con­ti­nu­ity.

One such busi­ness that is at the fore­front of this shift in busi­ness mind­set is Even­turos (Fiji) – a dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing ser­vice provider.

Com­pany di­rec­tor and con­sul­tant Dipti Sharma be­lieves that dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing is the most pow­er­ful form of mar­ket­ing in this day and age with the po­ten­tial to trans­form the way businesses reach and en­gage customers.

Mrs Sharma said Even­turos con­tin­ued to op­er­ate with ex­ist­ing and new clients on their dig­i­tal needs, such as web­site de­vel­op­ment, so­cial me­dia mar­ket­ing cam­paigns, search en­gine op­ti­mi­sa­tion, Google ads, newslet­ters, to name a few.

“It is also in­ter­est­ing the in­no­va­tive di­rec­tion that some ser­vice providers are tak­ing, such as ed­u­ca­tional in­sti­tu­tions con­duct­ing classes on­line, or­gan­i­sa­tions con­duct­ing we­bi­nars in­stead of meet­ing for con­fer­ences and even busi­ness cham­bers hav­ing Zoom meet­ings on­line.

“This re­flects the ex­ten­sive reach and ben­e­fits of dig­i­tal con­nec­tiv­ity and mar­ket­ing, de­spite the re­stric­tions on phys­i­cal gath­er­ings and oper­at­ing hours etc.”

She said the com­pany had re­ceived nu­mer­ous re­quests from their ex­ist­ing and new clients who now had time to re-strate­gise and re­de­fine their busi­ness goals to cope with their busi­ness con­ti­nu­ity plans.

In ad­di­tion to pro­vid­ing clients with dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing ser­vices, Even­turos is now also work­ing with Busi­ness Link Pa­cific.

“This will help these en­trepreneurs on how to sell and tar­get their mar­kets on­line with some dig­i­tal me­dia mar­ket­ing mind­set,”said Mrs Sharma.
